Pay It Forward

Some of the idea's for my project was to donate things to the children's hospital, shovel someone's walkway and to baby sit for free. For my project I was going to help the people on my street by delivering small mail messages and dropping them off in their mailboxes so when they receive mail they will also get the messages that I wrote.

After I wrote the messages I went to house to house dropping them off in the mailboxes to people I know and don't know. In the letters I put message saying to pay it forward to others and described what pay it forward was. Also in the message I put a little smiley face and have a nice day at the end of the letter to make them at least have a smile on their face. I felt really happy because I made a person think that someone actually cares about him/her and made someone's day. I was also confident on the people that received the mail will understand the purpose of Pay it forward and will probably get involved with Pay it Forward and do something nice for someone else.

Now the question says, Can one person make a difference?

I believe that one person can make a difference because if 1 person will step up and do something that will make a change of living to others then all of the people will join and do the same thing and then the end result will be big just because of one person that started it all, just like a chain. One person can make a difference in someone's life.
