Mean: The mean is the sum of values in a set divided by the number of values. Use the mean when you need to divide something equally.









Median: The median is the middle number in a set of data when it is arranged in ascending order. If there are 2 medians, you add them up together and divide them by 2.












Mode: The mode is the most frequently shown number in a set of data.










Range: The difference between the largest and the smallest number in a set of data.
